This page covers two things: what happens to your details if you send us a note through this site (mainnov.com), and what happens if you use our free Revenue Leak Detector (leakdetector.mainnov.com). We do not sell data, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.

The form sends these three fields to our own mail server. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag, and no third-party form service acting as a middleman. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as every web server does.
The detector at leakdetector.mainnov.com is a short quiz that estimates where a business may be losing money. It works differently from the main site, so it is described separately here.

Your answers and details are stored in a Google Sheet and processed by a Google Apps Script that we run. The report is emailed to you from a Google (Gmail) account, with a copy to our own leads@mainnov.com mailbox. To read your IP address the page calls a free service, ipify.org. Your browser keeps a few quiz details (such as your session number) in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
The detector pages also load Google Analytics. It sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location, and whether you finished the quiz) so we can see how the quiz is used. Google processes this under its own policies. The detector runs no advertising tags, and the main site, mainnov.com, loads no analytics at all.
Opting out: you can use the detector without giving an email address; you will see your estimate on screen. You can block the analytics cookies with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and the quiz still works.
Legitimate interest — you contacted a business and asked it to reply, and replying requires keeping your message long enough to answer it. For the leak detector, you asked for an estimate and a report, and we need your answers and email address to give you them. If we later want to send you something you did not ask for, we would need your consent first, and we would ask.
Nobody outside Mainnov. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade contact details. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, and our inbox forwards to a Google (Gmail) mailbox where we read it; both process the data purely as our suppliers. For the leak detector, Google also stores the answers (Sheets, Apps Script), sends the report (Gmail), and receives visit data through Google Analytics. If a legal obligation ever compelled disclosure we would comply, and tell you unless prevented from doing so.
On our host's servers, and in the mailboxes the form delivers to (Hostinger and Google). We work with clients in the US, UK, EU and the Gulf, and our team is based in Pakistan — so wherever you are writing from, your message may be read outside your country.
Email support@mainnov.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
The “Book 20 min” button opens Calendly, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. If you use them, those services collect what you give them under their own privacy policies. Links from our YouTube videos carry a short tag in the address (for example utm_source=youtube); it only tells us which video sent you, and it appears in the standard server logs mentioned above.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, using the email above. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. No page on this site or the leak detector runs an advertising tag.
The main site runs no tracking, so it treats every visit the same way. The leak detector does not change its behaviour when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal; use the opt-outs above instead.
The main site, mainnov.com, sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. The leak detector sets the Google Analytics cookies described above, and uses session storage for the quiz.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
