This page covers one thing: what happens to your details if you send us a note through this site. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell data, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.

Status — the form is not live

There is currently no contact form on this site, so nothing described below is being collected today. The three contact routes (email, WhatsApp, Calendly) open in your own apps and send us nothing until you choose to write. This notice is written and ready for the day the form launches.

Also not yet complete

The controller identity below is a placeholder. It must name the legal person responsible — a registered company, or the individual acting as a sole trader — before this page goes live. Publishing a privacy notice without a named controller is worse than not publishing one.

What we collect, and only what we collect

The form sends these three fields to our own mail server. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag, and no third-party form service acting as a middleman. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as every web server does.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Legitimate interest — you contacted a business and asked it to reply, and replying requires keeping your message long enough to answer it. If we later want to send you something you did not ask for, we would need your consent first, and we would ask.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside Mainnov. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade contact details. Our email and hosting are provided by Hostinger, which processes the data purely as our supplier. If a legal obligation ever compelled disclosure we would comply, and tell you unless prevented from doing so.

Where it is held

On our host's servers, and in the mailbox the form delivers to. We work with clients in the UK, EU and the Gulf, and our team is based in Pakistan — so if you are writing from the UK or EU, your message will be read outside those regions.

What you can ask us to do

See it — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Correct it — tell us it is wrong and we will fix it.
Delete it — ask us to erase your message and details.
Object — tell us to stop processing it.
Take it elsewhere — ask for it in a portable format.

Email support@mainnov.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Nothing here needs a consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
